What Replacement Disk Drive Should I Buy?

My old disk drive died. from what I an see the install is easiest if I buy the same model that I currently own.
Is it just model number I need to worry about or the ROM VER number also.
And what about the X800475-006 number also. Does my new Drive need to be that also?

You should go for the same brand and rom version. If you are handy with a soldering iron, swapping out the pcb boards is usually the way to go.
