New Jasper 25/5/09 Jtaggable Need Help

hi there ive goty this brand new jtaggable console and its a big block(im guessing) but if i do the xd mod is there anyother way of getting a raw nand image via xell or any other software, and with big block nands what size xd cards would i need?
