Both Fans Stopped Working

One of my fans stopped running this morning and by dinnertime both have now stopped??

I have seen the 12v fix but wondering what actually causes it and how to fix it properly!

Maybe your fans just failed? Try to connect another fans first before you do any modding. If the new fans don't work either then my guess is that the plug on the board is shorting somewhere. Then an alternative power source (such as a 12V) is the proper course of action for you.

tried a talismoon, and its the same nothing... on a different note my other xbox also has stopped working on one side... i checked that and its a dead live...

is there a trace or a fuse to look for??

Ok so i messed around and found 2 blown transistors one on top and one on bottom of baord... ordered new ones so will update when fitted
