Western Digital Scorpio Bevs 60gb Making Clicking Noises

At first I thought the XBOX was making sparking noises, but after doing a whole bunch of junk with PSUs and outlets, I found out that it was the hard drive making the noise.

It makes this click noise every 10 to 60 seconds and is most noticeable when watching movies.

I flashed it with HDDHackr 1.22 with the FUJITSU MHY2060BH HDDSS.

Would formatting and reflashing the drive fix this? Or is there something wrong with the drive.

Aside from the annoying noise it makes, it works fine. I don't get any corrupted data or anything.
