Safe Temps For Reflow?

Ok so I just got my new reflow station on. So far I managed to break (even more) my 2 broken xbox 360's. It went from 0022 to 0001 and it makes a buzz sound when turned on.

Can someone tell me safe temps for CPU, GPU, Hana/Ana, Southbridge chips.

My reflow station is in celcius so if you can let me know in celcius that would be great.
