NAND-X?????

Sounds like a game based ion Aerosmith (more specifically, SNES Shooter).

Will get a Cygnos, Xenabler sounded pretty cool.

If they thought about the quick solder pads and get the price to €29,95 they could have a real winner here, hope they also included an extra connector for extra features.
With the quick solder pad adapter and the hearder install they have a nice alround package for a nice price.

Good choice to keep away from things like the Cygnos toolbox and alternate SB software etc, maby an extra interface for Nandpro would be nice(already done by others)

Name is crap.... try X-flash or something

Right, so you want the reliability of a USB SPI flasher and then mix it with the unreliability of pogo pins.

I've been active on here and T-X forums for a number of years now and lost count of the problems people had with the likes of the Xapt3r, X2.3b Lite etc - that was only to fire up a modchip! You want to take that risk with something which potentially ruin your console? Soldering is the ONLY way to ensure a good connection between two points. It will come with pinheaders so you can install these and on that console you won't need to worry about it again. If you can't solder a pinheader, you have no business in the modding world!

lol, I think you misunderstood me. i would not want a "solderless solution" to be a "permanent solution" as I have NO problems soldering...

Forgive me for being green on the homebrew side of things with the 360.

Will this allow anyone who has updated their Dash etc to apply homebrew to their Xbox?

In other words, will this work on every Xbox 360?

did anyone else notice that they changed the rules without telling anyone? they first said "nothing with nand, pro, etc.." and it must be creative. Where is that now they paid the money to a probable Xecuter team member?

NO! Only for those with the pre summer dashboard can use homebrew no matter what device or chip that is used.

Be our guest - let us know once you've found another exploit.

Well, fooey!!!! The scene would become so much more alive and active like a buzzing beehive if a way was discovered to allow jtaging and NAND flashing to ANY 360 console. That would be so SIC !!!!!

This is just a device to allow you to read/write your nand. The exploit still hasn't changed, and you will still need to install the jtag hack (diodes + wires) afterwards.

If your console is not exploitable, you could use this device to read/write your nand, for whatever purposes (say you already had your cpu key before you updated for live, and then could encrypt/decrypt the contents of your nand, or you could de-cripple boxes that were banned, as the cpu key is not needed for that, etc).

Ever since the jtag/smc hack has become public, everyone's a tad confused.

JTAG part = where you install the wires + diodes.

SPI = 6/7 wires you solder to read/write the NAND image

Hope that clears things up a bit.
