Xenon Jtag Gone Bad Maybe?

I dont know if I broke it off, or if it was broke off by its previous owner who took this thing for a ride, but after installing the jtag, before powering up, I noticed that the resistor is gone. Can anyone measure the resistance value on their xenon board and post it here please? I wonder if its even required lol.
