Coma Xbox 360 Repair

I have a coma xbox 360. only when it is cold and I first turn it on it will be in coma state. If I leave it on for a few minutes turn it off and turn it back on it will work. But I turn it off and try and use it again later it will be in a coma again. I see alot of info on this for the xbox1 but not the 360. Does anyone know where you can find info on this or does anyone know of a fix? Thank for your help

It had not been opened, it is a reman unit from M$. I used a heat gun on the gpu new thermal and reassembled it still does it. It is open now but does the same now and then. I will do as you suggested. I have tried a different psu that is not the problem.
