Where To Buy A Lite-on Laser Ribbon Cable?

So I was taking apart an old lite-on I had around just to poke around and I didn't notice that the ribbons had tension clips holding them down. In my defense I DID look for them before hand, but I couldn't find anything like that, so I just pulled them out. Bad idea since when I went to insert them back again, the force needed severed the connection slightly between one of them.

Is there anywhere to buy just this 1 part?
