Help... Power Supply Color Is Red

After flashing the nand with xbr I got 2 red rings and 2 green rings. I tried to reflash it after i soldered the lpt to the the board my 360 won't power up and PSU is red. I tried my PSU in another 360 and it worked. how can I fix it ?
