I have read something about changing the fps in PGR2 from 30fps to 60fps by simply changing an .ini file? Possible or not? <

60fps? What system is that?

You can change the Fps from 25 (23.976 NTSC / 23.98 PAL) to 30fps (29.967 NTSC / 29.997 PAL) Aka 480p for NTSC and PAL60 for PAL.

The game officially supports 480p so you shouldn't need to edit anything to enable the 30fps feature. - Unless you have a NTSC Xbox without the hdtv pack. If you have a PAL Xbox you can just enable PAL60 in the MS Dash. <
