Hi guys,
   I'm having some trouble with really slow loading times and lagging when playing my backups. The originals play fine (slight lag) and xne menu shows no signs of slowing. When original games are played, drive spins up as normal (12x). But when playing backups, it spins up normally at first then slows down. Here is what I've done so far;

-Cleared cache    
-Took apart and cleaned everything including laser lens
-Reflashed ixtreme 1.61 (Erasing before flash)

 I've looked around the net and can't find anyone with this problem. I suspect that my laser is taking a dive. It's an older unit and has been flashed for over a year now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
