a new laser should fix your drive problem and if you need any help installing it pm me

ahhh, yes, a phillips/benq drive, im having the same problem with my drive too. if its the LITE ON model like i have, all you have to do is hit the top of the drive (not too hard ) just as a disc is about to be read, thats it! works every time 4 me. oh a little side note too, if your already down to looking at the disc drive itself wit the 360 case apart and all that, you dont need to hit it that hard at all
