Moving Hd From Modded Xbox To New Xbox

Usually wont be a problem, because the boot sector of the HDD is not effected from a ban yet. I was using mine for months and still not a single problem smile.gif

If I had a modded Xbox that was never banned and i will take hdd from it to my friend's console and download some demos and updates.My friend has new xbox with orginal FW. Is there any posibility that he will get ban because of that?
