From experience, the 0110 is the RAM solely. Usually it is teh two ram chips hidden under the GPU heatsink. Reflow them with heatgun carefully for 30-45 seconds at medium heat and they will be fine.

DON'T USE A BLOW TORCH!!  THat guy also had a thermal camera running at the same time so he could contastly monitor temps.  In order to fix you can either buy a heat gun (and i would reccomend buying a temp gun to) or use alot of insolation and put it in your oven.  Here are some tuts for everything that is cheap reflowing:

and hrdkrtazz is right it is most likely ram.
