Liteon Drive Starting To Click And Have Issues

My Liteon is clicking whenever I start my 360. Opening and closing the drive to force it to try to read the disk works after about 10-15 tries. Also, the game will play for HOURS. Which I found odd. I thought if the drive was dying it would just quit. Once I get it to load the drive plays just fine. Any ideas?
