Bulging Capacitors After Re-flow

I just ran a re-flow on my 360 and used a ton of insulation. Upon removing the insulation, I found that all the taller capacitors had bulging tops. Would it be safe to run the system to check if my RRoD is gone, wait to replace the caps, or is the board toast?
