Great job, and you saved me from asking a few of the same questions, as I have that same board, but my psu is 203w. I like the way you placed the fan on the cpu, but I think I read somewhere that you shouldn't tap into your dvd drive for power. I could be wrong though.
I also agree with Fahrenheit as to not place anything on the gpu pipe. I actually have my case open now, and looking it, it looks pretty flimsy to be honest, and I would hate to see how it would look under full load, hot, with a fan on it. We are talking about M$oft. Mess around the way they do things, I wouldn't be surprised if your pipe cracked, fell off, and freaking spontaneously combusted. lol
Maybe you could place that fan on the gpu itself if it's a thin fan. Just a thought. Personally I'm just going to take the damn mobo out of the case and slap it into a pc, and load it up with a few silent fans. I have a few 120 mm thermaltakes laying around...

Either way good luck on your project, and keep us updated. I for one would love to see your progress. Oh and get a new camera. lol
