I'm hoping someone can shed some light on whats going on here. I just got a 360 to repair with a starting error code of 0002. When I opened it up I noticed a lot of dust and some spiderwebs. I tried to do a CPU x-clamp fix and it did nothing. I took off the CPU heat sink to see if I could change the error...Nope still 0002. So then I started to clean as much dust from the board. Alas a new error but this one is different, the power supply changes to red and the 3 Red lights are still there.

So here I am, sorta stuck, I know now that its not a CPU problem (Pretty sure) but I don't know where to go from here. Any Thoughts/Help would be appreciated !
