Rrod + Red Pwr Brick

So Ive been trying to troubleshoot a rrod issue(0001) I was having.  Thinking it was my power brick I swapped, with this new power brick I dont get rrod but the box fails to load and the led on the brick turns red.  Tried the original power brick again, and that one still gives me rrod.  Anyone have any insight into this?
