Dvd Drive Won't Open

I have just modded my Lite-On drive with ixtreme 1.6.

I put the drive back in my 360 and turned it on with no problem. I then ejected the drive and put a disc in, but after that it would no start correctly. Once the Xbox actually turned on, it would sit at the startup screen and when I tried to eject the disc, I could only hear the front motor turning. I opened the drive and so far I can only figure that the front motor is turning in one direction, which is the closing direction.

Any help would be great.
