I've had two systems lately that once you power them up they take around 30 seconds to show the RROd. Has anyone else seen this? I've tried the X-clamp replacement on them and it doesn't make a difference.

He mean red light blinking sequence.
You can press and hold Syncronize button and press eject, then note how many lights blink.
Do that process total 4 times without release Sync button.
You will get 4 conbination of blinking lights sequence, like 4-1-4-2.
Then post, so some one can suggest you.

Well, I reapplied the xclamp and got 022 or 021. It would change based on which screws were adjusted. I heatgunned it and now have the 024 error. I'm glad this is a beater box, otherwise I'd be really frustrated right now. So..I'm assuming this is a parts only box at this point, unless anyone knows how to remedy the issue.

0024???? never heard of that... anyway... 0022 and 0021 are GPU related from my experience. Some times might be the Southbridge but at your case, I don't think so. What x-clamp fix did you apply btw? how did you reflow it exactly? just give more info.
