Swap Benq With Hitachi? Possible

I have an unmodified Benq (Jungleflasher/pc will not recognize, so can't flash) and a flashed Hitachi on a unfixable 360.

Can I replace the BenQ with the Hitachi and sppof it so I can use the flashed drive? And if I can, can anyone point me to how to do that?
