Hey, I wouldn't mind some help on this before I start unsoldering things when I'm not totally certain what is wrong.

I've got in front of me a new wired pad. When I plug a mic into it people on the other end can hear me but I cannot hear them.

The headset itself is absoloutely fine as I've tried it with other pads and I've also tried other headsets on this pad but I've encountered the same problem.

Possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.
