After bench testing for 7 days we have 87 consoles working perfectly with just the RROD Pro Fix
That's all? 7 Days?
Shit wrapping the x360 in a towel for 15-30 minutes, and turning it back on will get you 7 days of working.
You need to do proper stress testing. And much much longer, even a month is not enough, we need a proper fix that lasts at least 90 days or at least a year until the new 720 is released in Oct. 2010.
And what kind of "bench testing" was done, was it the same stupid testing that M$ shit techies did, turn on the system leave it running for 40 days and if it was still working ok the production design.
We all know it is the type of game being played and the stress of normal daily game habit of playing that kills the 360.
All 360's would stay running if never turned off. To do proper bench-testing you need to load in like Forza 2, play a race, and then turn on the replay, and leave it running for 3 to 4 hours, turn off the system wait 3 to 4 hours, and again play Forza 2 for a round, and turn on the replay, leave it running for 3 to 4 hours, turn off the system wait for 3 to 4 hours, and done this one more time again. So in total 3 times per day for at least 3 months is proper stress testing to see if the fix is holding.
If and only if after 3 months of STRESS TESTING, with 100% no failures, would I dare put my name to any kind of fix.
But hey, the old saying is there a sucker born every minute, so my guess is Xecutor will sell alot of them.
The real shame is I bet they read thru the many good public tutorials published right here on this wonderful site by our members free for all to use, and just packaged one of them with their name on it, and without living any credit to the original author and just pocketting all the sucker money they rake in.
Team-Xecutor should be given the "Vendor Hall of Shame Award for 2009" for this money-stealing idea of theirs.
