Best fix I ever did for someone was the heatgun fix combined with the team Hybrid, still going strong after 3 months(shitty Xenon). As for my Falcon(never broken), it has had a 12V forever now and I won't look back until it breaks like they all do.

Not sure what's different about this kit, but my friends xbox died again and no amount of messing about with the xclamp fix would fix it.  Even the penny trick didn't work.

He bought this kit to replace his old xclamp fix, and for some reason it's working again.  To me, the parts look exactly the same, including the cheap thermal compound that comes with it.  Maybe the washers are slightly thinner than the usual or something, I don't know.

Still seems like a con to me but it worked for him when the cheaper kits didn't.  Guess there must be something slightly different about it.
