I have to say that is quite and impressive test bench. Common guys you can do better than that. You actually do one board at a time? I would be shot at work if I came up with a bench like that.
It wouldn't surprise me if this bench was configured to test returns only.

A day late and a dollar short. I was told that "95% of these types of errors are user related" and if I sent back the CK3 Pro I would be charged testing fees and shipping fees.
You forget the words 'If found to be not faulty...'. Noone is going to charge you testing fees on a product which has failed.

1. 5V trace burnt out: This certainly happens with users plugging the power cable in the wrong way, if you plugged power cable up-side down
So explain to be how this is not user-related ?
I'm going to rewrite this for TX -

1. 5V trace burnt out: This certainly happens when users are far too stupid to be meddling with electronics. Since Microsoft didn't make the 360 to be opened by the end-user (unlike the PC), nothing is colour coded (for the extra-thick) so you actually have to pay attention to what you're doing. If you cannot tell which way around a cable should be connected, back away from the device and contact an adult or someone with less questionable common sense.
Personally they're being far too nice on the subject - props to em for that alone.
