If you check the error code listening you see that the 0002 error stands for a network interface problem. Doing the x-clamp fix is good but will not fix this error by itself. What you need to do is heatgun the 'network area' on the motherboard. You can reconize this area by the network port. you need to heatgun the area 7cm around the network port.

you a heatgun, first heat up the board for a minute. the go to full power and heatgun the area for another 2- 3 minutes. make sure you constantly move the heatgun. the let everything cool down, just leave it fr an hour. now your ready to test your console.

make sure you follow the tuts on doing the x-clamp replacement carefully. 3 steel washers then a nylon.

then the board.

nylon washer, steel washer. then you should be alright

but i don't want to do the heat gun fix, cuz i don't have a heat gun
would a blow dryer work?
what about the credit card method from Wilhelm's improved xclamp tutorial? would that be ok?

0002 is never network related...
At least according to what I have experienced.
It is a problem with the way the CPU is powered, it can also be a cold solder joint under the CPU, thats what I assume since he got 0002 after loosening the screws...

So DONT HEATGUN THE NETWORK CHIP AREA!

And your X-Clamp replacement method is questionable as well, why would you want to use 3 metal washers AND a nylon washer?
This causes a gap of 4mm(2mm is necessary), the heatsink wont have any contact with the chip and the 360 will overheat immediately.

*EDIT*
Just read over it again, apparently you mean in between the mobo and case, this is still wrong though, there is only a 3mm gap, 3 steel washers(1mm) would work but an additional nylon washer would be 4 and cause the mainboard to flex....

First try my X-Clamp replacement, apply it on CPU and GPU.
Start with very loose screws,(error code should be 0002(CPU) or 0102(GPU/RAM)), then keep tightening the screws by a 1/8 turn and power cycling it afterwards to check if the error code changed.
When it changes to 0020 you know it is too tight, loosen it a bit then.
The tighter it becomes the fewer turn it(in the end I only do it like 1/16th of a turn)

If this fails you will definitely have to reflow the CPU/GPU/RAM area with a heatgun like shown in my heatgunning tutorial.
A hairdryer wont work properly because it only heats the board up to 80-90°, 217°C are required to melt the leadfree solder...

The links to both tutorials can be found in my signature.
