If I remember right you were the guy with 0002?

Check for broken parts around the CPU cracked capacitors/ some that moved away/ are missing etc...
If it isnt that go get a heatgun and reflow the CPU area using my heatgunning tutorial, follow the instructions thoroughly...(link is in my signature)

If this doesnt fix it try to heatgun the network chip area, I never fixed it this way but some guy claimed he fixed some like that so take that as a last resort...
