Dvd Drive Error-e65

I got my xbox360 mod a few weeks ago. everything work fine untill now. im having problem with it. Im getting error E65. I have to wait a few hours b4 i can play it again. I can eject the dvd drive without any problem. I got it mod by flashing it.

E65: DVD Drive Error.... DVD Timeout, Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc. This can also be caused by the tray not being fully closed on boot.

can someone help me?

same here some times, shows E65 ans i have to wait for a couple of hours to play again
