Station Cairo And Vehicles?!

Today I felt bored, so i thought about modding a map. I came across Station Cairo. I saw that it contains "vehi" for veciles. Inside, there are many values of vehicles, such as  the Warthog, Gauss-Warthog and so on. Why are they there? Bungie said that the deleted useless stuff in the maps. Maybe the forgot it here? Traces of the E³ level?
Btw, replace the projectile of the plasma rifle with the Gauss turrent, great fun :)

I think most maps have those in there anyway, but I could be wrong.
