Xbox In Need Of Help

i have deleted my ms dashboard, and have no softmod on it anymore as it's wiped off to.

the only thing i can do with my xbox now is play games,no live, nothing.

is there anyway i can get the softmod saves onto the xbox? btw no ftp access or burned cd works.

Do you have the HD key + A backup of c? If so you can plug the drive onto your PC IDE cable and use XboxHDM to reconstruct the file structures.

im afriad i dont. i did put the whole files onto my pc but ive deleted it since. maybe i could try a pc recovery tool.

Feel like a t**t saying this but you should ALWAYS make a cd backup of your system prior to a softmod. It may be extra hassle but it's times like these when you will kick yourself.

A chip is the only solution now fella....

where can i get one fitted in. i dont want to send my xbox off to some far away place..with all the hassle and that.?

...or fit one your self.  They're not that hard.  You'll spend the same ammount of money to have it professionally installed as you would buying the materials and having $300 worth of education for 1/3rd the price.  Get a soldering iron, anti-static pad and your chip, and have some fun with it.- nothing to loose other than a broken xbox, right?
