Hello, my brothers friend asked if I could fix his 360. The problem it is having is everytime you turn the system on it open the dvd tray. You push the button for the tray to go back in, it waits like a second then shots the tray out. So I hold the tray in and it stays in but it says on the dashboard "opening" then when you power down the 360 it will eject the tray. I did open it up and the drive is a Hitachi 78fk. What is the best way to fix this?
