0003 Error

had the 3rod and i tried a heat gun on the gpu area but the new code is now 0003 - power issues. x360 spins the fans just a little bit then stops. power supply light is yellow/amber, heatsinks doesnt get warm. what the heck did i do and what should i be looking for?
