This sounds like you need a professional to help you.  You started butchering wires and reconnecting to different signal paths? I have high doubt for the recovery of this console.  

You just dont' plug things in random places when you get frustrated? why are you trying to cut wires and adding a switch? You mean for vendor mode? all you needed to do was get a power adapter from team xecuter or maximus 360 power dongle.
