this guy is lying to you or at least is not correct in what hes saying

with an 03 on the chip it is most likely an MXIC chipset which you can unlock using my guide here with minimal tools required.

if it were an 05 chip it is a winbond chipset that requires the kamikaze hack (drilling) or a complete replacement PCB (unlocked) which is doable but not easy and you have more chance of killing the PCB than unlocking it.

you can buy the probe thing but TBH an MXIC chipset is easy to unlock using my method above.

It worked for a while but now i just cant seem to open the application at all without freezing my system.
