You can manually set the drive key in JF. It's just a couple of clicks. I believe it may be under the spoof menu, but it's been a while since I've flashed a drive. So, get the key from the Sammy drive (load the firmware and copy-paste), then modify the firmware to be flashed and manually enter that key and flash. Voila, you're done.

Does it eject when it's in the 360 and the case is open? The drive might be sticky. You'd just need to replace drive belt if that's the case.
