Hce V0.7 Help

I have Halo Cache Editor on my Xbox, and I really need your help!  I am trying to turn on some of the weapon mods (e.g. flamethrower, scorpion gun, etc.) but I'm really not sure what I'm doing.  I am able to turn on the spiderman and bouncing grenade mods, but the weapon and vehicle ones are the ones I'm having trouble with.  Any help is very much appreciated.  Also if this matters I have EvolutionX 2002.
