wont make a difference what dash you are on
just remember when you flash back to stock you need to update to latest dash 16202 then flash with latest firmware in case you go online
if you dont and dont care about any flagging just flash and update dash after --- doesnt flash back to stock anyway

Ok I wont be buying any live to go online and play online games or anything, I will only be playing games offline for their single player stuff. but if I wanted to play latest new games do the new games require a recent dashboard or something? thanks

Still need help here, ok so I installed windows xp sp3 fresh on my gaming pc it has windows 7 64bit on it but I heard the sata to usb convertor only works with xp32bit i guess, anyways installed xp dual booting and its a hitachi 59 drive and i put all the stock and ixtreme firmwares into the jungle flasher firmware folder and loaded up jungleflasher for the first time and i got a no via error or something, then i get a no lib whatever error, took care of that , then get a no framework error even though i installed framework .net 4 client profile and .net 4 extended version.

So after reading on a fix for that framework error i read to install framework version 1.1 because jungleflasher was made using that 1.1 version or something, so I did now it loads up, but the issue is even though jungle flasher see this hitachi 59 drive and it shows that in the log at the bottom, I hit mode b button and all that but the darn read to source button is greyed out non clickable.

I tried various things like disconnecting the 360 drive while jungle is running keep hitting refresh query, mode b again i cant get that read to source button to be clickable. anyone knows a trick? Do i need framework version 2 or something or that doesn't matter? thanks

OHH btw this sata to usb adapter is the same one i used couple years ago to flash my nephews phat 360 on a different pc though, it was a compaw with xp on it of course. Does the legth of the usb cables matter? cause im using about a 7-8 foot usb cable coming from the convertor to the pc tower. thanks
