Ihas124 B Error

I had my old drive iHAS124B version but it keep getting me this error:

Scsi Status: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition

I had re-image my win7 pc and change different stat cable and change the drive back to stock and re- flashed it to ALOS.

still same problem has anyone had this issue ? the only thing i can think of the drive is defective.
