why NOT exist version 3.0 LT OFFLINE (to everything read and work with a dvd and hdd) for banned consoles. topology data without checking. the LT 2.0 read AP2.5 security dvd and can play from the dvd. So what's the problem?

if your console is banned, look at performing the reset glitch hack on it

otherwise, go for lt 3.0, it doesnt take that long to update from 2.0

All this work C4E does for all of us, I am massively greatful, right before christmas, he does what I never thought he'd do, defeat AP 2.5 and get us all back on live. Massive thanks. biggrin.gif

I think it would be immensely awesome if a version was released that was not live safe or whatever but read everything no matter what.. I have a banned xbox.. but really dont have the time or money to do a RGH (not to mention that not all 360's can be RGHd)...

just having something that read everything regardless would be a huge help and make things a heck of a lot easier.. no need to worry about patching anything...

I do see what you are saying, but it's impossible to provide a firmware which would work all the time without being updated. Every time Microsoft changes something another thing generally needs to be changed in the f/w. Even if you don't go online, you will eventually be affected (new game formats, etc). I suppose an easier method would be something like the x360key, but it would be cheaper to get your console sent off to be rgh'd (yes, assuming it is compat).

No rush here. Patiently waiting for the new ABGX360. Title patching for this "game" and that "game" for this "scene release" and that "scene release" is a little too much drama for me.

But as always thank you C4eve and all involved for your hard work. Much appreciated.  smile.gif

Yeah, I mean I have no problem taking 10 minutes to flash a new version of CFW to it... i just want to avoid reburning the backups. Thats my point really smile.gif Would be nice to have a FW that would read everything thats old without reburning with new topology etc.

Would be nice if the console had no hardware protection at all.  Remember how easy Dreamcast was to backup.  Not going to happen though since MS have started offline checks for ap25.

can anyone remember LT versions were once read about speed x4, x8. LT 2.0 reads everything so there is a chance for the issuance of an LT version 2.0 x4 or x8? for offline consoles.

What reliable sources of topology data patches there are on the Internet, actually? - Hope this question is not inappropriate. I would be grateful for a response.

And also does the previous AP 2.5 patch from ABGX360 influences somehow the patching process with topology data or it is irrelevant? In other words I have an iso. of MW2 already patched with ABGX360, so can it be patched with topology data and will it still be playable or do I have to do a clean rip and than patch it using Xbox Backup Creator?

n00b Q:
What program or software do I use to patch the ppf topology file to the .iso?
