Problem With Lite-on Drive After Flashing

I have a LiteOn iHAS124 drive. Flashed with the C4eva f/w and the drive was working great, burned a couple games without issue. Now all of a sudden it has an exclamation next to it in Device Manager and it says the device cannot start. I've tried rebooting several times and it still won't work.

Any thoughts?!?

Right click on it in the device manager and select enable.

If you used DosFlash32 or 64 it disables your drives and if you don't finish the flashing, readin etc, it will exit and no re-enable them... it sucks, I know.
