How Do I Know If Dae.bin Is Updated?

Put in an XGD3 backup (edit:or ap2.5), if you can play it you haven't been updated. It's as simple as that.

I was hoping to check it without playing a backup, since according to Xval I'm not flagged yet. If a backup fails to boot however, I will be flagged... Is that the only way?

i wouldn't worry so much about the flagging.
there were non modded consoles that gave the unsupported disk errors on mw3 also.
so if they go by this flag i guess they will be banning non modded consoles also.

think the only other way is rgh and then check dae.bin.

if you are really concerned don't play any of the ap2.5 or new games until fw lt3.0 comes out.

Ok, thanks! Just tried a XGD3 backup with no problems, so it seems it hasn't been updated. Yay!

Hi guys, just like to comment. I was playing ac rev ap2.5 on my console while the silent updates where pushed through. Disconnected from xbox live and haven't connected since. However i checked my xval and i was clean.

Today i booted up my skyrim and got the unplayable disc type error. Checked my xval and failed the ap 2.5 check.

I have been offline since the discovery of the silent update.

I have the Latest LT+ version.

I guess was bound to get flagged at some point but just thought i'd let you know.

Is this a joke post?

If you get a failed AP2.5 challenge, you won't have a clean secdat.  laugh.gif

Why in buggery did you boot up an AP2.5 game when...

a) it's not going to work anyway.
cool.gif guaranteed flagging.

The mind boggles!  huh.gif

you obviously failed to read, he checked xval before trying skyrim

this is what happened:

played ap25 online, his dae.bin was updated, BUT not for those games you were playing only for some of them
bad luck Skyrim was one of those, in my case mi skyrim is fine, but none of the others.
for some people different titles work, of course if all you tried worked then you had no flag.

the flag comes after a title fails to load, not during de dae update.
