Nmp Cxe Halo 1 Problem

the problem:
1. The program(NMP CXE HALO MAP PACK) installed properly..works properly...just that my ORIGINAL HALO is messed up. my assualt rifle goes FASTER...needler's needles are longer like in the NMP and CXE. It tried using my backup halo game from pc hd...transfered it...didnt work.
I tried using my ORIGINAL CD and still didnt fix it...even my halo2 previews in the halo cd are messed up(graphics arent showing up properly...texture is bad).

someone plz help.....need original back :(

also, if someone can help with xbmc i would be glad to thank u a million times (copy and paste).

I've installed a fresh copy of the XBMC latest build from xbins, infact i have re-installed it several times to try solving this problem.

Anyways....
1. The video screen is not aligned properly (atleast w/mkv and ogg files...i only tested those)
I know there is a setting for that in the options menu but that is too complicated. Is there a way to get a pre-loaded default value from the application.

2. THe sound wont work at al...OK so not at all but...its really really really FAINT. It turned my tv's voilume to max and sisnt get it to work. and my TV works properly...tried other games, sounds ,etc. My xbox is good also. no problems. I guess its some setting problem w/sound.

It sounds to me like somehow you got your video mode mixed up.  Are you sure you are set to your region?

As for your XBMC problem, best to search the XBMC forum or start a new topic.  Asking two completely unrelated questions in one topic may not really get you the response you want.

thanks chefelf for the moving the post :)

i solved the XBMC problem from the post in the right place in this forum board.

well, Halo NMP and CXE prbolem is still messed up
uninstalled/reinstalled several time

Region : Whatever the US region is
Xbox v1.6
Aladdin modchip (dont remember which model..but think of the cheapest one)

cant revert back to Original Halo even if i use my Official Halo Game DVD.
tri3d several times but same prob.....Modded weapons form NMP and CXE kepp coming back.

I deleted the whole cache...wel pretty much the whole hd except c: and TDATA and UDATA in e:     but problem didnt solve

i guess it changed something in the T/UDATA folder...the gamesaves folder....like my halo saved game and asked it the software to load the modded weapons instead of normal weapons....

i think im gonna take out NMP/CXE completely and try playing halo again with no data on hd xcept c: (yes, im gonna delete T/Udata also sinec i have backups and will create a backup again)

ne know wut to do plz help

Modded weapons r cool but its fun playin w/originals too.

SOS  or rather SMS(save my soul) :(
