Disc Not Supported Error

Yesterday I was playing COD MW3 perfectly fine and I also updated the system with the updated that was available when I connect online. Now today when I tried to play MW3, it keeps on showing "Disc Not Supported" error.

Can someone please show me what to do fix this error?
