Anyone? Please at least point me in the right direction. It just doesn't make sense why this is happening.

i think it might be your laser that is on its way out.same thing happened me the other week,flashed hitachi for a m8 to lt 1.91.played originals ok but not backups.stuck in a new lense and all was ok.also when flashing remove the ribbon cable from laser as it could cause damage to your laser.

if your box can read original then something wrong with your cfw. Try to flash different fw and double check.

same thing happened me,if it was a bad flash it would not read originals.the laser might not be strong enough to read the backups.after i put a new lense in all was working great.

Thanks everyone, these are all good idea's. I will try changing CFW to see what happens. Worse case I will replace the laser.

What fw were you on before, and did you update your dash too?

If you've ripped your own games then you did make sure to include dae.bin in the XBC directory ?

I was previously on BenQ_iXtreme_LT_v1.2, and my Dash is the newest 2.0.13604.0

I do not rip my own games, someone else does it for me.
