13599 Flashing Problems

Figured out that the problem was with the Benq, I was using an out of date version of Jungleflasher, only a couple of months out of date but updating the software fixed the problem, as for the Lite-on I have flashed it with the old FW but it would be interesting for future reference what is necessary now...
