Flash back to stock, update it to the latest dash, then use the Probe 3 to do a new dummy bin extract. Then use the new dummy bin as your source and jungleflasher will auto load lt+ 2.0 as your target.

I don't have a probe and don't want to buy one or mess around with that stuff, that's the point of this topic.

You do not need a probe. You can also use the xbox as power source, bit trickier for when you power cycle but works!

Your dummy bin will have your lite on key.

Load up dummy.

Get ofw for lite on from xbins if you don't have it.

Spoof key to target.

Erase drive & get 072 status.

Write ofw.

Update xbox to latest dash.

Connect xbox drive to pc again.

Load dummy.

Your drive will now show as 0251.

Load target firmware as lt2

Spoof key to target.

Erase & write new firmware.

Done!

if you stay on 12625, when loading up GOW3, the game disc would not ask you to update?

Hi all!

I am new here and just created my profile because I have some questions about this LiteOn drive 74850c.

I have this drive on my xbox arcade and I paid someone to flash it for me, sometime ago.

Now I do not have the drive key and also I do not know which iXtreme is in it.

My dash is the first one from kinect and also I can play kinect games just fine. I could be mistaken but I think I do have iXtreme 1.6 or so. I already flashed my first xbox (an elite) but it was 3 years ago, I did with a via onboard card and DOSFLASH. I powered the console and the drive with no tools at all.

At the moment I am broke again and already opened my console, and I really want to play XGD3 games. So I want to flash it without any tools (it is banned already). I want to put LT2.0 in it.

How can I check which CFW my drive have at the moment and also how can I get my drive key wihtout a probe? I do not want to go further without the key.

If it is not possible to extract the key without a probe I will be talking to the guy who flashed it to see if he still have it.

After that, what is best to do? Flash back to stock with that update from dead island disc and then flash to LT2.0?
