hi guys, i have a problem here, i wanted to flash my xbox back to stock firmware first, i am using ixtreme 1.6, lite-on drive, 16D2S 74850C" when wanting to spoof my dummy with stock firmware, which one should i choose? kinda confuse, i downloaded a firmware pack from the net. it has "orig-74850C-1a000, 1b000, 1c000, 1e000" which to choose? or how to check which i belong to? cos i cant find anything that write these number on the sticker located on top of the dvd drive it self. any kind souls mind to help me out in this? thanks alot.

Just update your dashboard offline via usb to the latest dash and you are automatically flashed back to stock. You may not be able to get your key though, having done this,when you come to reflash so make sure you have the Dummy.bin from the last time you flashed the drive.

ok so from what I have been reading I am gathering that LT 2.0 is not out for the Lite-On DG-16D4S Rev 0225.  Am I wrong in assuming this?  I have looked and cant figure out which one is for this drive in the firmware package.  Is it correct or what is the latest firmware for this drive?

2.0 is not out for hitachi's or liteon slims yet.

Guys I really need your helps on this:


I have a Benq drive I flashed to 2.0 from 1.1,but my GOF3 is not starting it only says reading reading.
I have burn the game with the tutorial for imgburn. Can someone help me please. I don't no what i am doing wrong.

I have flashed it with jungleflasher 1.87 and i have noticed by the firmware tool32 tab the "target"info was not the same as the source info,the differents was olny the rev section i have BENQ VAD6038-64930c and by the Target it was BENQ VAD6038-04421C I belive,the dvd key was the same. I have manually load the lt+2.0. THe reason why i used jungleflasher 1.87 was because in the info from the new jungleflasher i couldn't find the support for my BENQ VAD6038-64930c,in the info it says support for BENQ VAD6038-04421C.

When i loaded the firmware manually it showed as 1.91 but i loaded 2.0.bin but that's not the problem i read in the form.

But i didn't Erase the old firmware before I wrote the new firmware lt+2.0 is that the problem maybe?

I am sorry for my bad English.

I don't know what to do,i can't play the backups getting crazy over her but i deleted my jtlog know, why is it nog a good idea to post it???what can happen?

Maye a domb qeustion but is there a LT+2.0 firmware out to the BENQ Drive VAD6038 - 64930C

from the jf log, it looks like you did everything right.  I would try jf 1.88. I'm sure it supports your drive. just open your ofw in source and let jf auto load 2.0 in target. unlock your drive, write, then outro.  so make sure the correct ofw is being used.
also, do any of your other backups work right now?  how about originals?

oh.. and you're on the latest dash?

Okay i am going to try 1.88. Yes i can play the other backups FIfa 2012 is working olso, I don't have any orginials. MY dash is the latest.

Hi guys, I had 1.91LT+ on a 7485C LiteON, I used jungle 1.88 and used the tutorial in the jungleflasher site (that is very explanatory, i had my dummy.bin and dvd key) it all went well except after doing the Outro, the drive didnt show the log quite as they described it.
But I turned it off, charged the xbox and my gears 3 backup and its a go!!!

Hey guys I had a question, I took 2 360s to get flashed to lt+2.0 today and my friend told me bad news that this firmware wouldn't work with my 360s. I have 2 lite-on phat 360s; 1 elite and 1 standard. From my understanding it was only the lite-on slims that were still being tested on.  Am I missing something here, does MS use slim drives in phat consoles or do you think the guy who's flashing it dosent understand it that well?  I was so looking forward to playing my xgd3 backups but now I don't know!

It seems pretty dangerous to be playing any XGD3 games while connected to live based on these Gears 3 "authentication" problems - which image were you guys using?

I wish Wasabi or X360Key were more Live-safe though.
