0x80 Issue In Dos 74850c

Got me a fatty lite-on. 74850c , tried using the l-o-erase keeps on coming up status ff80, i did it about 30 times, is that enough?

When I plug it in during windows it crashes/locks up i am using the via raid card(worked fine, this is what happens when you take a 3 month break)


I have key can I use original key and spoof


this whole thing is so weird now. maybe its me,, I got the ck3 dev D, with probe 3 and my via..

i tried following jungleflasher guide and guides off of xecutor.com

its like two different families with their own ways and terms.........

while jungleflasher is  more detail it lacks the ck3 dev issues and xecutor.com only cares about theirs..


I am jammed up, i do not know what to do...

you are only using dos flash? i use jungleflasher 1.84 and that allowed me to fix that problem i was having..which was exactly the problem youre describing. just input the target firmware youre wanting to flash to the drive and do the liteon erase button (and power cycle like usual) and it'll show the 0x72 flash status like it should (sometimes it might take a couple trys). Then press ata/outro and it should be flashed. Here's the link to the video i watched that cleared things up a bit for me and its real short and simple:

read what the jf guide says about removing via drivers, u didn't do it or did it wrong.  then hit intro and turn the drive on.
